I think The declaration of Independence is still important today because it is a important part of our history. Also that it still shows that we fought for what we believed in and what we thought was right. Lastly that if we put we put our mind to doing something that you know is not right that you will succeed in life

I think the Declaration of Independence is still needed because we need it to without it you couldn't be free so we would not have freedom and we would be ruled almost like when they were ruled by a king until the Declaration of Independence where everyone was free from there king.

The declaration of independence is important still to this day because it is telling us that we all are created the same and it tells us that we are now a free country and we have our own rights it is also telling that we could make our own decisions because long ago the british thought they could control us but the people said that we have our freedom and wont let anyone control that and thats why the declaration of independence is still a important and great thing to this day for everyone in america

I think the Declaration of Independence is still important because if the Declaration of Independence was not made the colonies will probably still be controlled by the british and we would not have freedom.

The Declaration of Independence is still important today because when Thomas Jefferson wrote and it rewrote several times it was written to get the people freedom because he said that all men were created equal and then if they are then they should deserve freedom. So for this reason is why we celebrate the 4th of July every year to celebrate the day the Declaration of Independence was approved and we had gotten our freedom.

I think the declaration of independence is still important today is because back then the declaration of independence was used so the 13 colonies would not have to obey the british laws anymore and to have their own laws also their own goverment and one of the most important things of all to be free.And that is one of the reasons why we celebrate the 4th of july.

Well why i think the Decloration of independence is still needed around here because of the revolution that happened many years ago and because they wanted to be free that had led for our state the United States of Amercia to have so many revolutions and wars in the past and its very important to our history.

the declaration of independence is still important because after several small changes were made it was approved on july 4,1776. the 13 colonies had declared independence. thomas jefferson wanted his words to help the colonist win their word for freedom.

ReplyDeleteOn June 7, 1776, Richard Henry Lee of Virginia gave a speech to Congress.He said "these United Colonies are and of rights ought to be free and independent States." He went on to say that colonies no longer owed allegiance or loyal, to the king.
